Pinat Shorashim - The Center for Pluralistic Education - is a park dedicated to peace and the environment, rooted in Jewish sources and Jewish soil. The park has been developed through the creative efforts of thousands of visiting Diaspora and Israeli participants. This innovative hands-on program, which began as a way of illustrating the essential role that Eretz Yisrael (the Land of Israel) plays in the lives of Diaspora Jewry, today also teaches Israelis the importance of Judaism in their own lives. פינת שורשים - מרכז לחינוך פלורליסטי - הנו פארק חינוכי הנטוע בשורשים היהודיים ומוקדש לשלום ואיכות הסביבה. הפארק טובל בצמחיית ארץ ישראל ובו פינות הבנויות ממייצגים חזותיים, פיסול ורצפות פסיפס המבוססים על התנ"ך וטקסטים יהודיים.זוהי מעבדה חינוכית חדשנית שנבנתה על ידי קבוצות מן התפוצות במטרה להטמיע בהם את חשיבותה של ארץ ישראל בחייהם כיהודים. הפעילות בפארק אינה מזוהה עם זרם מסוים ביהדות ומשלבת באופן ייחודי טבע, אומנות ומורשת.כיום, במסגרת הפעילות החינוכית, קבוצות ישראליות בכל הגילאים, חוות את חשיבותה של היהדות בחיינו כישראלים. On the cutting edge of modern informal Jewish education, Pinat Shorashim has extensive experience with groups, individuals, and families. Incorporating a combination of educational techniques, Pinat Shorashim is a process of Jewish learning consisting of work projects centered on educational themes that participants design, create, build and use. In terms of content, these projects reflect the commonality of all Jews, regardless of one's level of observance or background, while at the same time celebrating the differences that make up the mosaic of Jewish life and the Jewish people.Like everything in the park, our very name is full of meaning: pina is the Hebrew word for corner; shoresh is a root. Together this unique park, so much a part of the Land of Israel, provides the space and time to consider one's Jewish roots, as well as one's role in the world Jewish community. פינת שורשים כשמה כן היא, פינה ירוקה עטורה בצמחייה בה לומדים ובוחנים את המקורות היהודיים בהקשרים הסטוריים ועכשויים. המשתתפים מתכננים, יוצרים, וחוגגים הלכה למעשה את הפסיפס האנושי הבונה וקושר את יהדות העולם כולו ללא הבדלי לאום או שייכות דתית.לצוות החינוכי של פינת שורשים נסיון עשיר עם מגוון קבוצות מהארץ ומהתפוצות.אנו מפתחים תוכניות מתקדמות וייחודיות, העושות שימוש בהיבטים שונים של חינוך לא-פורמלי ועשייה רב-תחומית. התוכניות מותאמות לקבוצות בכל הגילאים ועוסקות בקשת נושאים רחבה.
